Yoga- Hatha Vinyasa

Hatha Vinyasa yoga is a free flowing style of yoga where there is a strong focus on connecting the movement with the breath.

It is a physical style of yoga and a perfect combination between strength and flexibility.

Our yoga classes have a strong focus on technique and alignment in order to optimise muscle function and prevent injury.

For ALL levels

Yoga classes at Warwick Physiotherapy are suitable for all levels and abilities whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner or a as bendy as a pretzel or can’t reach past your toes!

If you have any specific injuries, feel free to discuss with your physiotherapist prior to see whether yoga will be suitable as often modifications can easily be made.

 

Meditation and Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of staying present or paying attention on purpose. A mindfulness and meditation practice is a fantastic way of managing our busy lives and helps provide tools to handle stressful situations.

Our yoga classes have a strong focus on being present with the movement and the breath.

Indoor and Outdoor classes

Our yoga class timetable includes indoor evening classes held at Warwick Physiotherapy as well as morning classes held in a local park.

We are currently holding Zoom online classes on Wednesday evenings.
