A circuit style class for whole body conditioning. Excellent for people suffering osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or those requiring general, all over strengthening.

Hydrotherapy
Water based exercise therapy conducted in a dedicated heated hydro pool. Great for those needing rehabilitation with the support of water.

Yoga
Hatha Vinyasa style yoga classes with a focus on free flowing movement and connecting the movement to the breathe.
These classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.
